• Free Shipping – Available for all orders above ₹999 within serviceable pin codes.

Order Processing Time

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) are processed the same day.
• Processing Duration: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping Notification: Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery times vary based on location and warehouse distance.
• Standard Delivery: Orders will arrive within 1 to 5 business days from the shipping date, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delays may occur due to high order volumes or courier partner issues beyond our control.

Authenticity of Products

• The Batch IDs of products may vary based on stock availability.
• All products sold on Herbal Mart are 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers.

No Purchase for Resale/Resell

Herbal Mart strictly prohibits the purchase of products for resale. If we suspect that a customer is purchasing for resale, we reserve the right to:

• Take legal action.
• Restrict further purchases.
• Cancel existing orders.
• Suspend or permanently close the customer’s account.
